Colour Run

Bring your family and friends as you walk, run, and jump through an obstacle course while spectators throw clouds of powder paint. Being a multi-coloured creature has never been so much fun especially after the race culminates in a paint rave filled with music, food and laughter.

Contagion Run

Are zombies your thing? Join the Contagion Run, a zombie-themed race where participants can register to be either a zombie or a survivor. The zombies will try to grab the three flags, which represent the “lives” of survivors, attached to the survivors’ belts. Even kids aged six years old and above can join in on the fun as part of a team but with at least one for supervision purposes.

Desert Warrior Challenge

Be prepared to challenge your physical and mental limits with the Brain Freeze, the Warped Wall, and the Monster during the Desert Warrior Challenge. Choose from three categories, namely, the Fearless Warrior (5K), the Desert Warrior (10K), and the Ultimate Warrior (10K timed course).

Dubai Gladiators

Modern gladiators are welcome to participate in Dubai Gladiators, which takes place inside Dubai Sport City’s The Dome. Dress up in fancy costumes to get into the spirit of things with activities like archery, podium jousting, and a challenging obstacle course.

Electric Run

Finally, Electric Run has come to Dubai after making the rounds at London, Chicago, and New York, among other major cities around the world. This is not just pounding the pavement because participants must go through seven creatively-made, heavily-stylised “lands” with evocative names like Rainbow Road, Under the Sea, and Electric Avenue.

Hilton Tower Race

The participants of the Hilton Tower Race are donating to a good cause that, in 2015, means raising funds for the Emirates Red Crescent. The vertical run features a race up The Walk on Hilton Dubai, which means running up 730 steps (36 floors) but the view at the top makes the aching legs well worth it.

Ice Warrior Challenge

Dubai may be in the middle of a desert but you will not know it during the Ice Warrior Challenge, an obstacle course set in the sub-zero temperatures of Ski Dubai. The obstacle course ranges in difficulty from easy to difficult including cargo nets, black runs, and monkey bars.

Spartan Race

Participants can choose between the Spartan Sprint, a 5K filled with 15 obstacles, and Spartan Super, a 13K run consisting of 21 obstacles. Mud mountains, flaming coals, and other extraordinary obstacles lie in the way of the prize.

Wadi Adventure Race

Only the toughest racers will complete the Wadi Adventure Race in Al Ain. Its 5-kilometer course is packed with 25 obstacles that require participants to push their limits from swimming to crawling, climbing, and sprinting. Participants can prepare for the race by getting into the free fitness training camp every Saturday morning.
